COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
Remove the plastic cover. Drizzle generously with olive oil and season with salt to taste.

Oven: Bake at 425°F (218°C) for 30–35 minutes, or until vegetables are tender and beautifully golden around the edges.

BBQ: Place the tray directly on the BBQ and cook until the vegetables are tender and lightly charred.
